ProForm is a non-destructive chimney lining system which conforms to any shape, size or length chimney. DualFuel – ProForm is a corrosion-proof, flame and heat resistant, airtight  liner tube made of a composite material with the rigidity of steel, without seams and a fraction of the weight.

 

 THE MATERIAL OF THE DUALFUEL-PROFORM IS MADE FROM THREE MAIN COMPONENTS

 INTERLOCKING TUBE-SHAPED SLEEVE

(For installation purpose only-will be removed after steam curing)

PREPREG LAYER

A glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin with ceramic filler, a so-called composite material. (Removed before use)

EXTERIOR FIBER

Made from a special fabric, a non-elastic outer layer that prevents physical abuse.

 

DualFuel ProForm meets and marries all possible shapes of your existing chimney, just like a tailor-made suit, and thanks to its high-tech textile materials, it will form a highly resistant layer which will work as a “second skin” on top, making the chimney much stronger than before.

INSTALLATION

DualFuel-Proform chimney liner is to be installed in masonry chimneys used to vent gas or oil fired appliances only.

 

 

The liners are manufactured in sizes of 3 inches to 40 inches outside diameters.

 

 

The chimney liners are intended for installation in masonry chimneys having a minimum height of 25 feet and a maximum height of 350 feet.
